MDCTA volumetric analysis for the quantification and grading of acute non-cerebral, non-gastrointestinal hemorrhage: a feasibility study

To assess the feasibility of multi-detector computed tomography angiography (MDCTA) volumetry for quantification and grading acute non-cerebral, non-gastrointestinal bleeding. This retrospective, single-center study investigated consecutive patients with MDCTA positive active bleeding, between January 2020 June 2020. Outcome measures were extravasation at arterial parenchymal phase using measurements, calculation bleeding rate grading, 30-day mortality rate, identification independent predictors correlation volumetric analysis, various clinical features, decision to proceed an intervention.
